Legendary Deeds

Legendary Deeds is a proportional, serifed pixel font, with a 16 pixel line height (7 pixel cap height), aiming to have wide Unicode coverage for Latin scripts. Much of the work of designing characters is already done, now it is a matter of generating vector font files from the bitmap images.

The current alpha release has coverage for all of the Basic Latin, Latin-1, and Latin Extended-A Unicode blocks, as well as the majority of the General Punctuation block, and everything in the "Greek and Coptic" block needed to write modern Greek. This means it can already be used to write a wide variety of Western European languages, with nice-looking punctuation. Additionally, it has several box-drawing, characters, block characters, and geometric shapes.
